Brick-by-Brick® Programme: Certified Facilitator and Advanced Facilitator Fast Track

The Fast Track option is a great value training option for those of you who want to complete both the Certified Facilitator and Advanced Facilitator courses. 

Start off by accessing the Brick-by-Brick® Programme Certified Facilitator Training elearning course. This is an engaging, self-paced online course is designed to empower professionals working with children and young people through LEGO-based therapy. Led by experts and endorsed by the LEGO Foundation, this training equips participants with the knowledge and skills to set up and run Brick Clubs effectively. You’ll learn evidence-based techniques to foster social, emotional, and communication development in a playful, inclusive environment.

Once you have completed the Certified Facilitator Course, you can attend the in person Advanced Facilitator course. This full-day, in-person course is designed for those ready to deepen their skills in running Brick Clubs, whether you're already familiar with the basics or looking to expand your experience. Through playful, hands-on learning, you'll engage in key Brick-by-Brick activities, share ideas with like-minded professionals, and gain fresh strategies to elevate your sessions. The course moves beyond practicalities, focusing on playful facilitation, and embedding an ethos of inclusivity, play, and collaboration.

Certified Facilitator course

You will be issued with the Certified Facilitator eLearning within 3 days of registering. The course is designed for flexibility, allowing you to stop and start whenever it suits your schedule. After registering, you have 12 weeks of access to complete the course. The 6-8 hours of content is broken into manageable modules featuring engaging videos, interactive activities, and short quizzes. 

The Advanced Facilitator course is a face-to-face, full day experiential training course involving practical activities and discussion. It builds on the content of the Certified Facilitator course so you will need to have completed the Certified Facilitator e-learning prior to attending.

A Few Simple Requirements for Leading Brick Clubs:

• Part of a Team: You’ll need to run Brick Clubs within a recognized organization, like a school, learning centre, or healthcare provider.
• Playing by the Rules: We ask that you follow Play Included's Safeguarding Policy, Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy and the LEGO Foundation's Safeguarding policy. Keeping everyone safe and supported is our top priority!
